The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT training, strong communication, and computer proficiency; licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and conduct PT evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients/families.
