Job summary

HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS seeks a Physical Therapist to join our East Norriton, PA team. Enjoy a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends and a salary range of $95,000–$105,000+ depending on experience.

You will work alongside physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care in a modern clinic. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, supervising PTAs, and maintaining accurate documentation while engaging in ongoing education

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients throughout their recovery.
• Supervise PTAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team.
