An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team in McAllen. This role involves evaluating and planning treatment for patients with mobility challenges, utilizing various physical therapy modalities to enhance recovery and promote active lifestyles. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a Doctoral program in Physical Therapy, possess a valid Texas license, and maintain BCLS certification. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Physical Therapist DPT/SCD (LPT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, educating, utilizing exercises and physical therapy modalities in the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who have medical problems, health-related conditions, or a developmental disability that limits their ability to move or perform functional activities. Physical Therapists also help prevent conditions associated with loss of mobility and promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability to help individuals achieve healthy and active lifestyles. Some travel may be required in the provision of services between facilities and job functions. This position summary contains the most relevant duties and responsibilities and does not exclude other assignments not mentioned.
