Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Milford, Delaware, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Director for our outpatient clinic. • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist license, CPR certification.

• Showstrong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic and is team-oriented in nature.
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports
• Additional duties as Clinic Director

Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance was founded in 2007 to bring the region another level of care focused on the highest standards of clinical excellence. This focus on excellence is driving the success of the health of Premier’s patients and communities. Since its founding, Premier has achieved ABPTRFE accreditation for our in-house Sports Residency and Orthopedic Residency Program, and has created an environment to continue enabling the growth of physical therapists who have a patient-centered focus on the development of the highest clinical standards.

Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group treating musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain for all conditions. We specialize in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting and certified hand therapy, industrial injury prevention and rehabilitation, recovery from auto accident injuries, post-concussion treatment, balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, athletic training, and the treatment and rehabilitation of all types of acute and chronic pain and injury conditions. We believe strongly in serving our communities, and we provide outreach Athletic Training services to nine Delaware high schools and multiple community sport organizations.We currently have ten locations throughout Delaware!
