Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a licensed physical therapist for a 13-week W-2 assignment in Craig, Alaska. You will help patients regain function and independence through hands-on care and targeted education.

You will evaluate and treat adult rehab patients, develop therapy plans, document progress, and supervise therapy staff across assigned settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Active Alaska physical therapist license at submission and qualifying accredited physical therapy degree or accepted education and experience equivalent.
• At least one year of adult outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Current BLS and valid driver's license.
• Start cannot occur less than six weeks after the facility receives fingerprint cards; target date depends on clearance.

Job description

Regular-hours pay: $78.05-$82.42/hour in taxable W-2 wages*

Assignment Overview

• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday-Friday within an 8 a.m.-5 p.m. clock window.
• Target start: December 14, 2026, pending facility confirmation.
• Paid weekly hours and the final schedule must be confirmed before an offer. No weekly earnings or guaranteed hours are promised in this posting.
• Housing and transportation arrangements must be confirmed before an offer; the facility does not supply them.
