Triage Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Covington, LA. Start date is 10/1/2026 with 8H Day shifts (12:00 AM-12:00 PM) and 40 hours per week in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

New grads welcome. You must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a LA license, and have passed the FSBPT exam, plus current BLS/CPR certification. Day One health coverage, 401(k) with employer matching, licensing reimbursement, and a dedicated recruiter support are offered.
