Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy in Warrenton, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation program. You will provide high-quality therapy services across our multi-disciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans for neurologically and medically complex patients.

The position offers a full-time schedule (M-F 8am-4:30pm) with opportunities for mentorship, residency programs, and continuing education; a strong benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
