Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists to join our team in Darien, Norwalk, New Canaan and surrounding CT locations. This is a 1:1 clinical role focused on geriatric house calls and functional outcomes.

We offer Full-time/Part-time salaried positions with benefits, H1B sponsorship for qualifying candidates, and our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new grads. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in CT or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physical therapy sessions in homes or on-site.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on functional outcomes.

In Connecticut, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $120,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
