Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan and implement therapy interventions, coordinate care with the team and educate patients on exercising and self-management.

Position located in the Dayton area with benefits beginning after month one. Candidates should hold a Physical Therapy degree and an active PT license; 0–1 year of experience is noted.

Competenze

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification; CPR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
