Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires a physical therapy degree, state licensure, and 0–1 years of experience. CPR certification is preferred, with benefits starting after the first month and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
