Responsibilities

• Assess patient progress, document treatment plans, and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques, home exercise programs, and safety precautions.
