Joseph Michaels International seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in our San Leandro clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.

You will maintain thorough documentation, comply with state practice acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations, and contribute to a collaborative care team focused on patient-centered rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
