Ashton North LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in California. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and ensuring compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited education, state licensure, and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
