Qualifications

• Nebraska state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• 3–5 years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Nebraska license or eligibility to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Mentor therapists and support staff through a structured program.
• Support a scribe program to reduce documentation time and focus on patient care.

We are looking for a passionate, driven professional to be a Clinic Director who wants to make a difference in the lives of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will be working and collaborating with physicians to promote optimal patient outcomes. We are seeking a Nebraska licensed physical therapist with 3-5 years of clinic experience; previous management experience is preferred however mentorship in business and directing a clinic is available.

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice Physical Therapy by the Nebraska State Department of Health and Human Services; graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program; basic life support certification. Display proficiency in the use of standard physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures.
