Job summary

FMOL Health seeks a Physical Therapist I to evaluate and assess referred patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver therapy services as defined in those plans.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare team members, with careful documentation in the medical record. Supervision of PT assistants and students may also be part of the job.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (minimum Bachelor's degree).
• Registration and current licensure in Mississippi or temporary license in Mississippi with BLS certification.
