Banner Physical Therapy in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as Outpatient Center Manager. Responsibilities include supervising the outpatient orthopedic team, delivering evidence-based PT services, and advancing return-to-sport and performance programs using VALD, DorsaVi, BlazePod and OxeFit technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy (PT program)
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification

• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: 20815 E Rittenhouse Rd. Suite E103 Queen Creek, AZ 85142

Incentives: $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment for the life of your loan

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $90,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist – Sports Medicine & Community Orthopedics

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

• Deliver exceptional evidence-based physical therapy services to orthopedic, sports medicine, and community-based patient populations.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation and performance technologies, including:
  • VALD Dynamo
  • VALD Force Plates
  • DorsaVi movement analysis technology
  • BlazePod performance training systems
  • OxeFit strength and conditioning platform
• Assist with the implementation and advancement of return-to-sport testing and performance assessment programs.
• Support clinical excellence initiatives and Program of Excellence training opportunities.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and clinical development to therapists and support staff.
