Banner Physical Therapy in Payson, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager to lead our outpatient orthopedic therapy team and deliver exceptional patient care. In this full-time role, you will oversee operations, mentor therapists, and partner with physicians and payors to maximize functional outcomes.

A PT license and CPR are required, with opportunities for clinical advancement and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Current State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead and mentor staff; drive clinical excellence and growth.
• Provide preventative and rehabilitative services to maximize function and well-being.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, payors, and case managers.
• Expand and develop the center's PT staff and clinical programs.
• Uphold executive decisions and manage center operations.

Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $100,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
