Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Budd Lake, NJ and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one‑on‑one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities. You will assess, plan, and execute evidence‑based treatment with autonomy and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ or eligibility to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one PT to older adults in their homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and function.
• Document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness staff.
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care to extend access.

• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.

Employment Types Available

In addition to base compensation, clinicians have access to multiple earning opportunities, including:

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited PT program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Physical Requirements

• Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Performing CPR.
• Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility.
• Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities.
• Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls model.
• Wearing PPE when required.

In New Jersey, the standard base pay range for a full‑time role is $70,000 – $102,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part‑time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
