Job summary

PruittHealth Barnwell is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our post-acute care team in Barnwell, SC. You will evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence.

This role offers scheduling flexibility (FT/PT/PRN), up to $130,000 annually, and an $8,000 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative clinical environment focused on exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome where applicable.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Document clinically and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.

• Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
