Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in California seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore physical, social and mental functions, while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and state licensure, plus CPR/BLS certification. Two years of PT experience are preferred. You will supervise assistants and ensure timely documentation and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required (or foreign equivalent) depending on license date.
• Two years' Physical Therapy experience preferred.

Education & Experience

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (Required (only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent))
• Two years' Physical Therapy experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
