Job summary

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, participate in team conferences, and maintain licensure while adhering to state and federal guidelines to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services with screening, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per state practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
