Job summary

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Bradford is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) for inpatient care. You will work under a registered PT to implement treatment plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities include documentation, coordinating with the treatment team, and contributing to patient and family education while pursuing ongoing professional development and quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in physical therapy from an APTA accredited program.
• Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professionals, Commonwealth of Massachusetts or application for the same.
• APTA in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire chapter of APTA membership preferred.
• Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
• Demonstrated pursuit of continuing education courses relative to the field of physical therapy.
• Knowledge, experience, and competency in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age group.

• Seeks to provide or enhance staff, patient and family education through continuing education courses/seminars and review of current relevant literature.

Per Diem: $40-$43
Full-Time: $33-$39
$5 weekend differential
