Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team for geriatric home visits in Troy, MI. You will provide autonomous, evidence-based therapy to older adults on a flexible schedule that you create, visiting patients in their homes across Michigan.

Qualifications

• Invalid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
