About the Role
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at LifeSpan Therapy, you will play a critical role in helping res i d ents recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall physical function following injury, surgery, or illness. You will assess res i d ents' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and enhance quality of life. Your work will involve close collaboration with res i d ents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes. You will also be responsible for monitoring res i d ent progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and educating res i d ents on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support long‑term health. Ultimately, your expertise will empower res i d ents to regain independence and improve their physical well‑being in a supportive and compassionate environment.
