Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program completion.
• Current state license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled PTA treatments under licensed PT supervision.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families and staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards and Medicare regulations.
