Powerback Rehabilitation in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role, 30–40 hours per week, five days Mon–Fri. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and competitive hourly rates ($36 for PTA, $51 for PT) with comprehensive benefits.

You'll deliver PT programs, follow rehabilitation plans, and work closely with a Director of Rehab to help patients regain function in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy programs and activities according to recovery plans.
• Follow developed treatment plans and document progress.
• Help patients regain function and mobility.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program (APTA)
