Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant licensed to practice in the relevant state.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions under Physical Therapist supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT-supported interventions under supervision.
• Assess patient mobility and functional goals.
• Document progress and care plans in the EMR.
