In this role, you will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care and ongoing clinical growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifikationen

• Certified PTA licensure required and currently in good standing.
• Experience supporting seniors in SNF or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to follow a PT plan of care under supervision.
