Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will manage a manageable caseload, document patient progress in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and patient outcomes in a senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with active licensure.
• Experience in senior care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
