Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

You will manage a manageable caseload, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and quality of life, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship in a patient-centered culture.

Formación

• Must be a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to document in EMR and communicate under PT supervision.
