Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based mobility and functional interventions to improve quality of life.

You will document progress in an EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to patient-centered care plans while growing clinically through mentorship and access to strong clinical resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the United States.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to document in EMR and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
