Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to work with our team to provide high-quality care. You will implement therapeutic exercises, assist with treatments, and support patients in recovery.

Collaborate with PTs, educate patients, document progress, and help maintain accurate records. This role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to protocols, and engagement in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited PTA program.
• State licensure or certification as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Prior experience working as a PTA in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with the PT regarding patient progress and changes in status.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, treatments, and home care routines.
• Collaborate with PTs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
