Competenze
- Active California PTA license in good standing.
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- New graduates welcome; skilled nursing/rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of PDPM and documentation basics.
Mansioni
- Implement PT treatment plans under PT supervision.
- Document therapy sessions and resident progress timely.
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and functional activities.
- Collaborate with PTs and the rehabilitation team.
- Participate in care conferences and therapy-related activities.
