Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapist-owned team in Ohio. You will deliver PT services per plans of care, collaborate with therapists, residents, and families, and help residents improve mobility and independence in SNF and post-acute settings.
