Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will support Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients at home, with a focus on improving mobility and reducing pain.

You will monitor patient progress, educate families on at-home exercises, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Prior experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital/home-care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, particularly geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital/home care.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.
