Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN maternity coverage) in Archbold, OH. You will support PTs by implementing treatment plans and guiding patients through exercises to improve mobility and function.

You’ll monitor progress, report changes, and help create a safe, motivating environment for rehabilitation as part of a supportive, team-oriented practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
