Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage at our Livingston, Texas location. The PTA will support licensed physical therapists, assist with patient care, and participate in multi-disciplinary team discussions to optimize patient outcomes.

We offer competitive pay starting at $33/hour, plus a 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and free CEUs. PRN roles provide flexible scheduling across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Records treatments given in medical record.
• Participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicates with supervising therapist, rehab director and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Participates in facility in-service training programs.
• Records daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules.
