Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Middleboro, MA is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. The role offers weekday and weekend hours with a flexible schedule and competitive per diem pay.

You will provide compassionate therapy, collaborate with rehab staff, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and hold a PTA license or be license eligible in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/SNF setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team.
• Maintain a current PTA license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services in a sub-acute/SNF facility.
• Work with the rehab team to coordinate patient care.
• Document progress electronically and timely.
• Be flexible with hours and schedule.

Overview:A Per Diem (weekday - weekend hours available) Physical Therapy Assistant , (PTA), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Middleboro, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.The Hannah B G Shaw Home is a quaint forty bed residential and sixty-seven bed skilled 5-star facility located in Middleboro, MA. Our rehab center brings together the foremost rehab physician groups, nurses, therapists, and clinicians to offer South shore residents extraordinary rehab care in a beautiful home like environment. The facility was established under the will of the late Hannah Bartlett Griffith Shaw and opened its doors to twelve residents in 1941 as a not-for-profit corporation. Our 15-bed skilled rehab unit with high majority of orthopedic patient's allow for individualized treatment sessions and flexible scheduling.
