Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to implement therapy plans and guide patients through exercises at our Somerset, Ohio location. This role includes travel to Altercare Newark South as needed, with a potential for full-time duties that involve travel.

Applicants should be committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, encouraging environment to help patients regain mobility and function.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
