Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for the 2026–2027 school year in Brentwood, CA. The role is part-time, onsite, with 10–12 hours weekly, across multiple school sites as needed.

You will support students with PT needs under supervision, assist in implementing therapy plans, provide direct services per IEPs, and document progress while collaborating with educators and families to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure as a PTA in the state you reside.
• Licensure in the state you are applying to work in (if different).
• Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students with physical therapy needs under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in implementing therapy plans and goals as outlined by the PT.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Monitor and document student progress and communicate observations to the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student success.
• Adapt activities and environments to improve student participation in school settings.
• Travel between school sites as needed (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and service logs.
