Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in Modesto, California is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. The role focuses on delivering PTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care setting under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing and adjusting treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring quality patient care while meeting physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in process for licensure as PTA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the patient’s PT plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
