Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – SNF/LTC

Centra Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of North Carolina to work in post‑acute care settings.

This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. The selected candidate will assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals into job performance.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a focus on skilled nursing facilities or long‑term care.
