Brooks Rehabilitation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient rehab team. You will provide skilled PTA treatments under a licensed PT, contributing to high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have a PTA license, CPR/BLS, and experience in rehab or inpatient care. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses, document care accurately, and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Florida.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification.
• Prior inpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
