Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality home-based care. You will help patients regain movement, manage pain, and follow through with individualized exercise programs in a home setting.

Qualifications
