Prudential Healthcare in California is seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health visits. This role offers flexible scheduling, independent field work, and the support of a clinical team.

Responsibilities include delivering PTA visits under supervision of a Physical Therapist, implementing treatment plans, educating patients, and documenting care. California PTA license required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license is required.
• 1+ year PTA experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
