Job summary

Qualifications

• California PTA license is required with active status.
• CA Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Current BLS/CPR/ACLS certification.
• Recent negative TB test and current flu vaccination are required.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP and Varicella.
• Valid driver's license and auto-insurance.

Required Qualifications
