Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our patient-centered team. You will implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing is required.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Experience documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
