You will provide treatment to inpatients with orthopedic, neurological, or medically complex conditions and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and aides to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Must have current Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Prior SNF experience a plus.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to inpatients following medically complex, orthopedic, or neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to ensure evidence-based outcomes.
• Deliver treatment plans and monitor progress.
