Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Dayton, OH is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. Work hours are Monday–Friday with a full-time schedule offering 30–40 hours weekly; new graduates are welcome to apply and grow under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The PTA provides direct patient care under clinical supervision, supports resident goals, and participates in a collegial team focused on compassionate, high-quality rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• PTA license in the state of employment is required or eligible to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support patient goals and assist with rehabilitation plans.
