Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tulsa is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient team. Under the Physical Therapist, you will deliver direct patient care and help implement treatment plans for our diverse patient population.

This role supports ongoing professional development with continuing education opportunities, tuition assistance, and a collaborative network across PAM Health facilities.

Qualifications

• PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides (required).
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PTA will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System.
• The PTA will be involved in the further development of the services and must be flexible to meet the needs of the system across facilities.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), under the direction of the Physical Therapist, will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. The Physical Therapist Assistant will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Physical Therapist Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
